What you buy

Editnova sells online subscriptions (Creator, Studio and Agency plans) and extra AI credit packs for the Editnova video editor at app.editnova.studio. These are digital services. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.

When you get it

Your plan or credits are added to your Editnova account immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. You will see them in Account → Plan & billing, and you receive an email receipt from Razorpay.

If your payment went through but your plan or credits don't appear within 30 minutes, email support@editnova.studio with your payment ID and we will add them within one working day.

Renewals

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically on the same date each period until you cancel. Each renewal is delivered the same way, straight to your account.

Where we deliver

Editnova works in any modern web browser, anywhere with an internet connection. Your videos are made in your browser and saved to your device or your Editnova cloud storage.
