Cancellation & refund policy

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account, or by emailing support@editnova.studio. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your account and projects are not deleted.

No refunds

All payments for Editnova plans are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, renewals, partly used months or unused AI credits.

Editnova has a free plan so you can try the full editor and AI features before you pay. Please use it to make sure Editnova suits you before upgrading.

Charges made in error

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled, email support@editnova.studio within 30 days of the charge. We will check it and return the extra amount to your original payment method (card, UPI or net banking) through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Delivery

Editnova is an online service. There is nothing physically shipped. Your plan and AI credits become available in your account immediately after payment, and you receive an email receipt.
